"I was lucky enough to spend a year in Ireland thanks to SOL. I worked at Kneat Solutions Ltd, a computer industry start-up based in Limerick. The team consisted of some twenty persons. They were all very nice, funny and helpful. So it was a great experience which let me discover another culture, another country and practice my English. I even learnt a new programming language."

 "This work placement has really been beneficial for me. I’ve acquired a great professional experience both in IT (web development, security, different special company processes) and simply from being part of a work team. During this placement, I obviously improved my English (which was one of my main aims). I lived in a house with five other people (other trainees at the company). Therefore, I learnt to live in shared housing and to manage household tasks by myself. Thus, I gained a lot of autonomy, work experience as well as team spirit."
