Salary and accommodation
The trainer have to be financed by the employer

 Yes. However, there is no fixed scale: each investment is the subject of a discussion between the employer and Swiss Occidental Leonardo. The pay usually ranges between 1000 and 3000 francs per month. An employer who does not pay can be very high up with benefits in kind, such as the provision of housing. Swiss Occidental Leonardo may also award scholarships from 100 to 500 francs per month, to supplement wages. The Swiss Occidental Leonardo are free.

Steps for applying
What's the proceedur for hosting traineer we have to do?

Almost none. The employer must establish a contract and the trainee must obtain a work permit, which has become very easy since the 1st June for the nationals of the signatories of bilateral agreements: they simply present themselves to the residents upon their arrival Switzerland with the necessary documents. In the final stage, the employer must complete a questionnaire to one page A4.
